Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Roofing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Metal Roofing and Carpentry, with the ability to work independently, run a crew effectively and efficiently. As a Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a crew, installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.

Duties

Install roofing materials, metal sheets according to specifications and blueprints. Repair or replace damaged roofing materials to ensure the integrity of the roof structure. Apply caulking and sealants to prevent leaks and ensure waterproofing. Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively while ensuring proper maintenance of equipment.

Requirements

Proven experience in Metal Roofing is required. Driver's license required. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Basic knowledge of carpentry techniques and practices. Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions accurately. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various weather conditions. Previous maintenance person experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in home repair tasks.
