About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

As a core member of our Investor Relations team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role:

• You will supervise work performed by Investor relations and senior investor relations specialists and assistance in performing key tasks as necessary i.e.

• Review of subscription/transfer agreements
• Completing AML/KYC checks
• Follow up with investors on missing documentation/overdue calls
• Production and distribution of partner statements/capital calls/distributions and other correspondence.
• You will ensure accurate maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records.
• You will ensure maintenance of bank accounts for funds assigned.
• You will review and approve Capital Call receipts and Distribution payments.
• You will ensure appropriate handling of all investor and client queries.
• You will participate in training team members.
• You will ensure adherence to controls and procedures; preparing and contributing to management control reports.
• You will develop and monitor Service Level Agreements.

About You:

• You have 4-7 years' experience in Financial Services primarily in the Private Equity sector preferred.
• You have exposure to accounting and performance reporting.
• You have demonstrated strong client relationship experience.
• You have people management/leadership experience.
• You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• You will be at an advantage if you have Investran knowledge.
