As an Employee Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a large portfolio of Operators from four different divisions including Conventional Bus, Community Shuttle, Accessible Bus, and Light Rail Vehicle (LRT). Your leadership role will encompass a wide range of duties, including the development of Operators through coaching and mentoring, managing probationary and onboarding processes, handling performance evaluations, attendance management, conducting investigations, providing necessary support and resources, fostering employee engagement, administering progressive discipline including terminations, and representing the division at grievance and arbitration hearings.
