Responsibilities:

Operate CADD and other computer software systems Train or arrange for training Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies Set up machines and equipment Supervise workers and projects Computer numerical control (CNC) machines Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise
Experience:

Strong experience with Daito Seiki programming and CNC machining Minimum 2 years experience with Daito hardware and software Minimum 2 years experience in structural steel shop environment Minimum 2 years experience Information management system, IT support Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings Proficiency in AutoCAD software Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, Office 365
The Daito CNC machine operator supervisor will oversee the work of 2-4 workers on the shop floor and ensuring efficient production processes with the other trades in the shop.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Daito Seiki programming, CNC machining, and machine maintenance. They should also possess excellent leadership skills to effectively engage with various personnel. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
