Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Supervisor to lead and inspire our team of Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills who can drive team performance while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities;

Lead and mentor staff, promoting professional growth, collaboration, and an inclusive team culture. Plan and implement office and registration systems to ensure operational efficiency, accurate records management, and financial accountability. Oversee registration, customer service, invoicing, and fee subsidy processes, ensuring accessibility and equitable service. Monitor customer service quality, document incidents, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain safe, supervised, and hazard-free environments; ensure facilities, equipment, and locked files are appropriately managed. Oversee cash handling and deposits. Hire, orient, supervise, and evaluate staff, completing performance appraisals collaboratively.

Qualifications

Secondary School Diploma (or equivalent) required; College Diploma in Office Administration preferred. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Current Standard First Aid - Level C, Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle (willingness to obtain F-Class license if required). * Must be computer literate with a willingness and aptitude to learn new software and systems as needed.
