Description:
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team.
Currently we have openings at the following locations:
~ 6460 Centre Street NE Calgary, AB
~ 1185 49th Ave NE Calgary, AB
This person has the working availability Monday through Sunday, early morning/afternoon/evening. This means the successful candidate must have the ability to work various shifts to accommodate the needs of the restaurant. These shifts do not exceed a 40 hour work week.
We are looking for individuals that have:

• Enthusiasm towards their career and the people around them
• A minimum of one year experience in Tim Hortons
• Open and flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday early morning/afternoon/evening shifts
• Reliable means of transportation to and from work
• A sense of urgency and are self motivated to perform well under a variety of working conditions
• Adaptability to change and possesses the ability to make decisions
• Ability to work extremely well with our guests, employees and fellow management
• Ability to supervise and co-ordinate staff
• Has strong leadership qualities, ready to work through challenges, willing to lead the team with kindness and passion
• Leading the team in meeting daily targets and goals
• Maintains records of stock, repairs, sales, wastage
• Ensure food service and quality control
• Passionate about customer service and working as part of a team
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Energetic, strong work ethic, flexible with the ability to quickly learn new skills
• Uses proper procedures to ensure quality standards are met at all times
• Helps support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently to fill orders and meet guest needs

Rate: $15.50 to $16.90/hr. depending on Tim Hortons experience
