Superviseur - Succursale (Ventes en securite)

, vous assisterez la direction de la succursale dans la formulation des strategies de vente. Vous planifierez et executerez les budgets afin de developper les comptes, ameliorer les marges et recruter de nouveaux clients. Vous assurerez le leadership du personnel assigne afin d'atteindre et d'optimiser les niveaux de performance, de service, de productivite et de qualite etablis. Vous soutiendrez une succursale generant un chiffre d'affaires de 1 M $ ou moins, ou appuierez le directeur des ventes de securite dans les succursales dont le chiffre d'affaires se situe entre 1 M $ et 5 M $.


Responsabilites :
Assurer la supervision directe des ventes internes, du service a la clientele et du personnel du comptoir. Encadrer et former le personnel interne et du comptoir sur la saisie des commandes, la preparation des devis, l'amelioration des marges, la resolution de problemes et les bonnes pratiques de communication. Recevoir les directives de la direction de la succursale et les communiquer aux employes. Participer a la repartition de la charge de travail de l'equipe. Verifier les registres de presence, fournir des recommandations sur les embauches, contribuer aux evaluations de performance, participer a la formation et au developpement du personnel, et appuyer les actions disciplinaires au besoin. Analyser les tendances et contribuer a l'elaboration des plans d'action pour corriger les problemes, ameliorer le service et optimiser la productivite. Servir de liaison avec les fournisseurs pour les autorisations de retour. Superviser la gestion du credit, l'octroi de credit et le recouvrement des comptes clients et des deductions. Organiser et coordonner les formations produits pour l'equipe et les fournisseurs.
Qualifications :
Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent requis ; baccalaureat prefere. 3 a 5 ans d'experience en ventes internes. Connaissance des principes de gestion et d'affaires, y compris la planification strategique, l'allocation des ressources, les techniques de leadership, les methodes de production et la coordination des personnes et des ressources. Connaissance des principes et processus lies au service a la clientele, notamment l'evaluation des besoins des clients, le respect des normes de qualite et la mesure de la satisfaction. Connaissance des procedures et systemes administratifs et bureautiques (traitement de texte, gestion des dossiers et des fichiers, procedures et terminologie de bureau). Excellentes competences verbales, ecrites, analytiques, interpersonnelles et de persuasion. Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en informatique. Capacite demontree a travailler en equipe, a faire preuve de leadership et de flexibilite. 2 ans d'experience en supervision des ventes et en gestion de site avec responsabilite de P&L (benefices et pertes) - prefere. 3 ans d'experience dans le domaine electrique - prefere. Capacite a voyager jusqu'a 25 %
As the Supervisor - Branch (Security Sales), you will assist branch management in formulation of sales strategies. You will plan and execute budgets to grow accounts, margin, and recruit new customers. You will provide leadership to assigned staff to meet and optimize established levels of business performance objectives, service, productivity, and quality. You will support a branch with $1M revenue or less or support the Security Sales Branch Manager in branches with a $1M - $5M revenue or less.


Responsibilities:



Provides immediate supervision of inside sales, customer services and counter personnel. Coaches and mentors inside and counter staff on order entry, quotations, margin enhancement, problem solving, and communication etiquette. Takes leadership and direction from branch management and communicates to employees. Assists with team workload distribution. Verifies attendance records, provides input on hiring matters, assists with performance appraisals, takes direction on training and development of staff, and assists with disciplinary actions. Analyzes trends and provides input on branch action plans to correct issues, improve service, and optimize productivity. Serves as liaison with suppliers for return authorizations. Directs credit management in extension of credit and collection of accounts receivable claims and deductions. Provides and organizes product training for team and vendors.

Qualifications:



High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelors Degree preferred 3- 5 years of inside sales experience Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records and other office procedures and terminology Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and computer skills Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, and flexibility 2 years preferred of sales supervision and department site P&L preferred 3 years of electrical experience preferred Ability to travel up to 25%

Compensation Details $72,053.00 - $90,067.00 Per Hour

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.



For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
