We are looking for a Supervisor of Accident Benefit Claims to join our Insurance team!

Position Details

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement, Coach, Develop and Maintain a team of AB Assistants & Temporary Associates
• Strategize with the team and departmental leads for future planning efforts
• Prioritize the teams output, along with staffing requirements using data analytics to build growth strategy
• Acquire skills and knowledge of identified data technology to be able to extract data as needed
• Develop and coordinate communication to stakeholders and/or frontline regarding new and updated processes, policies, and best practices
• Manage relationship with department to ensure awareness of all changes that could have impact on the business

Job Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Insurance of business related field preferred
• 2 - 4 years of Insurance and supervisory experience
• Effective business decision making attributes
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
