Votre responsabilite premiere sera de superviser et d'appliquer les protocoles de securite et les exigences reglementaires dans l'ensemble de nos operations. Vous dirigerez les programmes de formation a la securite, effectuerez des audits, et veillerez a ce que tous les conducteurs et le personnel respectent les normes de securite du secteur et les politiques de l'entreprise. Le poste inclut egalement l'enquete et le traitement des incidents de securite, la mise en place de mesures correctives et la promotion d'une culture de sensibilisation a la securite et d'amelioration continue.

Ce que vous ferez
Fournir ou coordonner des instructions de remise a niveau en cabine ou hors cabine, ainsi que du coaching aupres des conducteurs, qu'ils soient juniors ou experimentes.
Effectuer des verifications de securite sur les conducteurs et les camions afin de s'assurer qu'ils respectent les politiques de l'entreprise ainsi que les reglementations provinciales et federales.
Suivre et rendre compte des activites de securite pour ameliorer la performance de votre division.
Participer ou coordonner l'intervention lors des premiers appels d'urgence.
Mener des entrevues post-collision avec les conducteurs en collaboration avec votre equipe des operations.
Presenter les resultats et activites hebdomadaires lors des appels d'equipe avec le gestionnaire de la securite et de la conformite.
Ce que vous apportez
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience pertinente
Diplome d'etudes secondaires + certificat d'un an
Posseder un permis AZ valide - Classe 1
Experience de formateur de camionneur de flotte ou certification CPCP
Competences et aptitudes:
Aptitude a piloter les changements organisationnels et les evolutions de la legislation provinciale
Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication
Maitrise des techniques formelles de resolution de problemes, de rapports et d'enquetes

The Impact You Will Have
Primary responsibility is to oversee and enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance throughout our operations. Lead safety training programs, conduct audits, and ensure that all drivers and staff adhere to industry safety standards and company policies. Role also involves investigating and addressing safety incidents, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
What You Will Do
Provide/Coordinate remedial and/or in-cab instruction and coaching to newer and experienced drivers when required.
Conduct safety checks on drivers and trucks to ensure they are safe and following our company policies as well as Provincial and Federal regulations.
Track and report on safety activities to improve safety within your division(s) .
Assist/Coordinate and/or lead first response calls.
Conduct post collision interviews with drivers along with your Operations team.
Report weekly results and activities during weekly team calls with Safety and Compliance Manager.
Hands on with a sense of urgency, ability to manage under pressure and manage multiple priorities and projects
Demonstrated knowledge of all types of vehicles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Integrity and ability to handle and maintain confidential information
Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
