Dans le cadre de notre developpement, nous recherchons
un(e) Superviseur, Operations et Performance des ventes
pour soutenir la mise en oeuvre du plan strategique de marketing et de ventes, assurer la coherence operationnelle entre les equipes, et garantir un suivi rigoureux de la performance.
Objectif du poste
Assurer l'execution, le suivi et l'optimisation de toutes les operations liees aux ventes et a l'experience client, en veillant a la bonne application du plan strategique etabli entre le marketing, les ventes et la direction.
Le role vise a garantir la performance, la coordination et la coherence des actions commerciales a travers les equipes terrain, le comptoir et les canaux numeriques.
Responsabilites principales
Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance (KPI) des ventes, du service client et du comptoir.
Gerer les leads issus de WhatsApp Business, du site web et des campagnes numeriques, en assurant leur distribution par territoire et leur suivi dans le CRM.
Consolider les rapports de ventes, de commissions et de performance pour la direction.
Planifier et animer les reunions hebdomadaires de vente (objectifs, progression, ajustements, formation).
Coordonner la mise en oeuvre du plan strategique marketing et ventes, en s'assurant que chaque action prevue soit executee et suivie.
Superviser les processus de service a la clientele et l'experience au comptoir, en lien direct avec les equipes internes.
Collaborer avec le directeur marketing et le directeur des ventes afin de maintenir l'alignement entre les campagnes, les objectifs et la realite du terrain.
Proposer des ameliorations continues des outils, processus et performances globales de l'equipe.
Participer a la formation continue et au coaching des representants sur les bonnes pratiques de vente et de suivi client.
Soutenir la direction dans la preparation des previsions de ventes (forecasting) et l'analyse des ecarts de performance.

Profil recherche
Minimum 5 ans d'experience en supervision ou coordination des ventes, idealement dans le secteur industriel (B2B et B2C).
Solide comprehension des processus de vente, du CRM, du pipeline et des indicateurs de performance.
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites simultanement.
Maitrise des outils numeriques (CRM, tableurs, tableaux de bord, Google Workspace, Monday.com un atout).
Bilingue francais / anglais (oral et ecrit).
Sens aigu du service client et comprehension de la realite terrain.

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sales Operations & Performance Supervisor to support the implementation of the company's strategic marketing and sales plan, ensure operational consistency across teams, and guarantee accurate performance tracking.
Position Objective
Ensure the execution, tracking, and optimization of all operations related to sales and customer experience, in alignment with the strategic plan established between marketing, sales, and management.
The role aims to ensure performance, coordination, and consistency of all commercial actions across field teams, counter operations, and digital channels.
Main Responsibilities
Track and analyze sales, customer service, and counter performance indicators (KPIs).
Manage leads from WhatsApp Business, the website, and digital campaigns, ensuring proper distribution by territory and CRM follow-up.
Consolidate sales, commission, and performance reports for management.
Plan and lead weekly sales meetings (objectives, progress, adjustments).
Coordinate the implementation of the marketing and sales strategic plan, ensuring all actions are executed and monitored.
Oversee customer service processes and counter experience in collaboration with internal teams.
Work closely with the Marketing Director and Sales Director to align campaigns, objectives, and field reality.
Recommend continuous improvements to tools, processes, and team performance.
Support ongoing training and coaching for sales representatives on best sales and customer management practices.
Assist management in preparing sales forecasts and analyzing performance gaps.

Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales supervision or coordination, preferably in the industrial sector (B2B and B2C).
Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, pipelines, and performance indicators.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, dashboards, Google Workspace, Monday.com is an asset).
Fully bilingual French / English (spoken and written).
Strong customer-service mindset and understanding of field operations.
