Vous avez une experience en supervision des operations, vous avez travaille a titre de gestionnaire dans le secteur aeronautique et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e superviseur.e des operations pour rejoindre notre equipe a la ligne finale d'assemblage (FAL) basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec les equipes autonomes de production du secteur.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que superviseur des operations sera d'accompagner les equipes de production dans l'atteinte des objectifs de livraisons annuels, de documenter les enjeux rencontres sur les avions au travers du cycle manufacturier et de mobiliser les equipes naturelles pour solutionner les problemes vus quotidiennement.

Vos defis:



Exercer votre leadership tout en respectant la vision et les valeurs de l'entreprise; Etre capable de travailler sous pression et d'engager son equipe pour respecter des delais stricts; Gerez les performances de votre equipe a l'aide de KPI's ; Gerer la charge de travail et la performance individuelle des employes syndiques ; Assurer l'amelioration continue, notamment avec l'application du processus de resolution de problemes; Coacher votre equipe (15-25 employes) afin de developper leur talent dans l'organisation; Identifier, documenter et standardiser les processus cles menant a l'atteinte des objectifs ; Optimiser le partage des connaissances et des meilleures pratiques a travers l'organisation;

Votre profil:



Vous detenez un diplome d'etudes professionnelles ou collegiales; Vous detenez un minimum de 2 ans d'experience en gestion dans un milieu syndique, dans l'industrie manufacturiere ou aerospatiale idealement; Vous avez d'excellentes competences en gestion; Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement, d'une flexibilite tres forts et etes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision ; Vous etes axe sur les resultats, capable de respecter des delais serres et a l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence ; Vous avez de solides competences en communication; Vous avez une bonne comprehension des principes du lean manufacturing et de l'amelioration continue ; Vous maitrisez le francais et l'anglais.

You have experience in supervising operations and have you worked as a manager in the aeronautical sector? Are you looking to grow and develop new skills? This position is for you!


The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team at the Final Assembly Line (FAL) based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work jointly with the sector's autonomous production teams.


The team organization is established in a way that promotes cross-collaboration autonomously, by mutually supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as an Operations Supervisor will be to assist the production teams in achieving their annual delivery objectives, to document the issues encountered on aircraft throughout the manufacturing cycle, and to mobilize the natural teams to solve problems seen daily.

You hold a diploma in professional or collegiate studies; You have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in a unionized environment, ideally in the manufacturing or aerospace industry; You have excellent management skills; You demonstrate very strong leadership, judgment, flexibility and are able to work with minimal supervision; You are results-oriented, able to meet tight deadlines, comfortable working under pressure and have a sense of urgency; You have strong communication skills; You have a good understanding of the principles of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement; You are fluent in French and English.
