Comment vous fa\xc3\xa7onnerez l\'avenir du d\xc3\xa9partement de la maintenance:

• Promouvoir et assurer un milieu de travail s\xc3\xbbr, rechercher des am\xc3\xa9liorations et soutenir le programme de sant\xc3\xa9-s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9.
• Diriger une \xc3\xa9quipe motiv\xc3\xa9e, efficace et engag\xc3\xa9e et fournir des possibilit\xc3\xa9s d\'avancement de carri\xc3\xa8re.
• \xc3\x89valuer, planifier, coordonner et diriger les travaux planifi\xc3\xa9s et non planifi\xc3\xa9s avec l\'op\xc3\xa9ration.
• Communiquer l\'avancement des travaux m\xc3\xa9caniques effectu\xc3\xa9s durant la journ\xc3\xa9e.
• Participer \xc3\xa0 la documentation des travaux et proc\xc3\xa9dures de travail dans un contexte d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration continue et de maintenance de pr\xc3\xa9cision.
• Recommander des changements/am\xc3\xa9liorations aux syst\xc3\xa8mes et normes d\'entretien au Surintendant d\'entretien.

Vous serez quelqu\'un qui peut apporter:

• Scolarit\xc3\xa9 : DEC en Techniques d\'entretien m\xc3\xa9canique ou Ing\xc3\xa9nieur m\xc3\xa9canique
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience : 7 \xc3\xa0 10 ans en milieu manufacturier

How you\'ll shape the future of the maintenance department:

• Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, support Health & Safety Program.
• Lead a motivated, efficient, and engaged team and provide career development opportunities
• Evaluate, coordinate, plan and manage planned and unplanned work with operation.
• Report on status of mechanical works completed during the day
• Participate in the documentation of work performed and procedures in a context of continuous improvement and precision maintenance.
• Recommend changes / maintenance system improvements and standards to the Superintendent - Maintenance.

You\'ll be someone who can bring:

• Education: College degree in Maintenance Mechanics or Mechanical Engineer
• Experience: 7 to 10 years in manufacturing business
