Description du poste:
A titre de superviseur des techniciens de refrigeration commerciale de CBRE, vous superviserez l'equipe responsable de la planification, de la coordination et de la gestion des operations d'entretien et de reparation d'un etablissement, d'un campus ou d'un portefeuille d'edifices.
Ce poste fait partie de la fonction des services d'ingenierie et techniques. Le titulaire de ce poste est responsable d'offrir du soutien, d'effectuer l'entretien preventif ainsi que les reparations sur l'equipement et les systemes.
Vos taches:
Faire le suivi de la formation et du perfectionnement du personnel. Mener des evaluations du rendement et offrir de l'encadrement.
Preparer, mettre en place et presenter des programmes d'entretien preventif ainsi que des manuels de procedures de securite.
Preparer des estimations de cout des materiaux et de la main-d'oeuvre pour les bons de travail, les activites d'entretien preventif, les systemes et les projets de construction.
Appliquer ses connaissances approfondies pour chercher et elaborer de meilleures methodes pour atteindre les objectifs individuels et du service.
Demontrer son expertise dans sa propre discipline et sa grande connaissance des autres disciplines dans la fonction.
Encadrer les autres employes pour developper leurs connaissances et leur expertise dans la plupart des secteurs de la fonction ou l'ensemble de ceux-ci.
Donner l'exemple et avoir un comportement conforme aux valeurs RISE de CBRE. Anticiper les objections potentielles et persuader les autres, souvent au niveau de la haute direction et des personnes ayant des interets divergents, pour les inciter a adopter un autre point de vue.
Avoir une influence sur les objectifs des clients, operationnels, des projets ou du service dans des equipes pluridisciplinaires. Orienter son travail en fonction des politiques fonctionnelles qui ont une incidence sur les procedures et les politiques.
Contribuer au developpement de nouveaux produits, de nouveaux processus, de nouvelles normes ou de nouveaux plans d'exploitation dans le but de realiser les objectifs fonctionnels.
Communiquer des idees difficiles et complexes et avoir la capacite d'influencer.
Favoriser l'imputabilite et la diligence chez les techniciens de refrigeration commerciale de CBRE et les techniciens tiers en veillant a ce que les travaux realises fassent l'objet d'inspections.
Confirmer que toutes les propositions approuvees sont realisees correctement et que les causes fondamentales sont corrigees efficacement.
Repondre aux situations d'urgence et effectuer les travaux lorsque les techniciens assignes ne sont pas disponibles en raison des vacances ou autre dans le but de maintenir la continuite du service.
Apporter des modifications aux systemes au besoin pour maintenir un rendement optimal et la fiabilite.
Effectuer des inspections apres installation pour cerner et documenter les lacunes, veiller a ce que celles-ci soient corrigees en collaboration avec l'equipe de construction dans le but d'effectuer un transfert complet et conforme.
About the Role:
As a CBRE Commercial Refrigeration Technicians Supervisor, you will supervise the team responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing ongoing maintenance and repair operations for a facility, a campus, or a portfolio of buildings.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You'll Do:
Track the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching opportunities..
Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedure manuals.
Develop material and labor cost estimates for work orders, preventative maintenance activities, systems, and construction projects.
Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.
Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.
Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.
Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams. Work is guided by functional policies which impact the design of procedures and policies.
Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.
Communicate difficult and complex ideas with the ability to influence.
Promotes accountability and diligence among CBRE Commercial Refrigeration Technicians and third-party technicians by ensuring their work is subject to review.
Confirms that all approved proposals are executed correctly and that root causes are effectively addressed.
Responds to emergency situations and fills in when assigned technicians are unavailable due to vacation or other absences, ensuring continuity of service.
Performs systems modifications as needed to maintain optimal performance and operational reliability.
Conducts post-installation reviews to identify and document deficiencies, ensuring they are addressed in collaboration with the construction team for a complete and compliant handover.
Ce dont vous avez besoin:
Mecanicien en systeme de refrigeration et de climatisation - Le candidat doit posseder un certificat d'apprenti ou un diplome de metier reconnu d'une autre province ou d'un autre territoire canadien (313A ou programme du Sceau rouge) ainsi que 5 a 8 ans d'experience connexe.
Experience avec les systemes de refrigeration commerciale au CO2 requise.
Technicien en gaz (G1), monteur d'installations en gaz A (classe A).
Certificat en prevention de l'appauvrissement de la couche d'ozone.
Experience de gestionnaire de quart ou de superviseur de preference.
Permis de conduire valide.
Etre en mesure de repondre aux exigences physiques de ce poste, notamment pouvoir se pencher, se tenir debout, monter des marches/echelles, et lever/transporter des charges lourdes de 50 lb ou plus.
Esprit d'innovation pour preparer des methodes qui vont au-dela des solutions existantes.
Capacite de resoudre des problemes uniques a l'aide de solutions standard et innovatrices qui auront une grande incidence sur l'entreprise.
Une excellente connaissance des produits de Microsoft Office, par exemple, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et grande curiosite.
Excellentes competences en mathematiques. Capacite d'effectuer des calculs relativement complexes, comme des pourcentages, des fractions et d'autres calculs financiers.

What You'll Need:
Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic - the individual must possess a Journeyman Certificate or Individuals holding a recognized trade credential from another Canadian province or territory (313A or Red Deal Endorsements) with 5-8 years of job-related experience.
CO2 commercial refrigeration system experience required.
Gas Technician (G1), Gasfitter A (Class A)
ODP Certificate - Ozone Depletion Certificate
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
