Le/La superviseur des installations (batiment) doit s'assurer que l'amenagement de notre entreprise est exempt de problemes et sur, afin que les employes puissent travailler dans les meilleures conditions.
Principales responsabilites:
Coordonner avec les entrepreneurs(e)s.
Creer des plans d'amenagement selon les preferences.
Superviser les couts, gerer le budget et preparer des estimations de projets.
Choisir les elements de design tels que le mobilier et les materiaux.
Diriger les autres et proposer des solutions lorsque necessaire.
Rechercher les materiaux et produits inclus dans les plans.
Utiliser des logiciels de conception dans le processus de design.
Negocier les contrats avec des fournisseurs externes pour obtenir des accords rentables.
Embaucher les entrepreneur(e)s et autres membres du personnel, et repartir les responsabilites.
Planifier et coordonner toutes les installations (telecommunications, chauffage, electricite, etc.) ainsi que les renovations.
Gerer l'entretien des equipements et des fournitures afin de respecter les normes de sante et securite.
Inspecter les structures des batiments pour determiner les besoins en reparation ou en renovation.
Analyser la consommation des services publics et chercher a en reduire les couts.
Gerer tout le personnel des installations (concierges, technicien(ne)s, prepose(e)s a l'entretien des terrains, etc.) ainsi que les entrepreneur(e)s externes.
Controler les activites comme l'attribution des places de stationnement, la gestion des dechets, la securite des batiments, etc.
Allouer les espaces de bureau selon les besoins.
Tenir a jour les dossiers financiers et non financiers.
Realiser des analyses et des previsions.
Superviser les projets de construction et de renovation.
Soutenir les autres membres de l'equipe lorsque necessaire.
Education:
Une formation en gestion des installations, architecture, ingenierie, administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe constitue un atout.
Experience:
Experience averee en tant que gestionnaire des installations ou dans un poste similaire.
Bonne connaissance des operations techniques/ingenierie et des meilleures pratiques en gestion des installations.
Connaissances de base en comptabilite et en principes financiers.
Logiciel:
Excellente maitrise de l'informatique avec MS Office, AutoCAD, SketchUp, ainsi que la capacite d'apprendre rapidement d'autres applications logicielles.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with contractors.

Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs.
Manage all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.) and external contractors.
Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.
Allocate office space according to needs.
Keep financial and non-financial records.
Perform analysis and forecasting.
Overseeing building projects and renovations.
Help other team members whenever necessary.
Education:
Education background in facility management, architecture, engineering, business administration, or relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Software:
Strong computer proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, along with the ability to quickly learn other software applications.
