RESPONSABILIT\xc3\x89S : Sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 Assurer la gestion de la sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 des membres de son \xc3\xa9quipe et le respect des proc\xc3\xa9dures en vigueur en:
  • Mettant en place des actions pr\xc3\xa9ventives et correctives
  • Effectuant des tourn\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99observation et inspections pr\xc3\xa9ventives
  • Assurant le respect des normes SST de l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble de son personnel (port EPI- cadenassage- travail en hauteur- espaces clos- normes environnementales etc)
  • Participant aux enqu\xc3\xaates des accidents de son secteur
  • Assurant la formation sant\xc3\xa9 et s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 du personnel de son secteur
Qualit\xc3\xa9 Assurer l\xe2\x80\x99atteinte des objectifs et respect des normes qualit\xc3\xa9 de son d\xc3\xa9partement en:
  • Assurant le respect des r\xc3\xa8gles qualit\xc3\xa9 (documentation- suivi proc\xc3\xa9dures- HACCP- etc)
  • Mettant en place des actions pr\xc3\xa9ventives et correctives concernant la gestion de la qualit\xc3\xa9
  • Effectuant des tourn\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99observation qualit\xc3\xa9
  • R\xc3\xa9alisant des audits de conformit\xc3\xa9
  • Mettant en place des actions correctives pour contrer aux plaintes qualit\xc3\xa9
Gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations Optimiser la gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations de sa micro-usine tout en respectant les budgets pr\xc3\xa9vus en :
  • Assurant la r\xc3\xa9alisation des c\xc3\xa9dules de production
  • Mettant en place des actions visant \xc3\xa0 contraindre aux probl\xc3\xa9matiques de production
  • Maximisant la performance des \xc3\xa9quipements
  • Escaladant les probl\xc3\xa8mes d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9ration afin de maximiser la rapidit\xc3\xa9 de r\xc3\xa9solution
  • Assurant l\xe2\x80\x99atteinte des objectifs d\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 de son d\xc3\xa9partement
  • Effectuant la gestion des objectifs financiers ainsi que des routines de gestion budg\xc3\xa9taire
  • Dirigeant les pr\xc3\xa9sentations des r\xc3\xa9unions d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9rations de son d\xc3\xa9partement
  • Effectuant la gestion de ses \xc3\xa9quipes (coaching- d\xc3\xa9veloppement- formation- discipline).
  • Effectuant la gestion des effectifs (temps travaill\xc3\xa9- flexibilit\xc3\xa9- connaissances et savoir-faire- feedback- coaching- performance- d\xc3\xa9veloppement- reconnaissance- etc);Assurant un fort leadership- au quotidien- dans l\xe2\x80\x99atteinte des r\xc3\xa9sultats et l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des pratiques et/ou des processus utilis\xc3\xa9s.
Coachant les membres de son \xc3\xa9quipe- r\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes et apporter rapidement les correctifs et actions pr\xc3\xa9ventives appropri\xc3\xa9s;Communiquant avec les diff\xc3\xa9rents intervenants ou partenaires \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99interne et \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99externe afin d\xe2\x80\x99atteindre les objectifs planifi\xc3\xa9s et d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9liorer les r\xc3\xa9sultats;*Excellence op\xc3\xa9rationnelle
  • Assurer le respect des pratiques et outils du syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion manufacturier (KHMS)
  • Diriger les rencontres op\xc3\xa9rationnelles du KHMS
  • Participer \xc3\xa0 la cr\xc3\xa9ation de projets visant \xc3\xa0 assurer l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration de l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 op\xc3\xa9rationnelle (rendement- Taux d\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 de ligne (TRG- OEE)- etc.)
  • Diriger la mise en place d\xe2\x80\x99actions visant \xc3\xa0 adresser les \xc3\xa9carts aux indicateurs de performances cl\xc3\xa9s
  • Participer aux processus d\xe2\x80\x99analyse de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en sciences- ing\xc3\xa9nierie- gestion des op\xc3\xa9rations ou toute autre discipline connexe
  • 5 ann\xc3\xa9es d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en supervision d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipes en milieu manufacturier
  • ou toute combinaison d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9tudes et exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.
  • Bilinguisme
  • Connaissances interm\xc3\xa9diaires des logiciels de la suite Ms. Office
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la planification et dans la gestion des budgets d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9ration
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience dans la gestion des proc\xc3\xa9d\xc3\xa9s et exp\xc3\xa9rience en am\xc3\xa9lioration continue
