Description du poste

• Superviser une xc3xa9quipe de inspecteurs du contrxc3xb4le qualitxc3xa9.
• Dxc3xa9finir les objectifs quotidiens de son xc3xa9quipe et contribuer xc3xa0 la Rxc3xa9solution des problxc3xa8mes en Temps Rxc3xa9el (RDTR).
• Soutenir la production en ce qui concerne tous les aspects de qualitxc3xa9.
• Expliquer les politiques, pratiques et procxc3xa9dures lixc3xa9es xc3xa0 la qualitxc3xa9.
• Soutenir le service d'inspection xc3xa0 documenter correctement les rapports de produits non conformes (IPU, QN).
• Diriger et soutenir le systxc3xa8me de contrxc3xb4le qualitxc3xa9 interne et externe (QCPC).
• Assurer le respect des rxc3xa8gles de qualitxc3xa9.
• Soutenir le Material Review Board (MRB) et le processus de gestion des matxc3xa9riaux non conformes. xc3x8atre Capable de se qualifier en tant que MRB PR et QA.
• Piloter la RRCA et la mxc3xa9thodologie 8D pour les problxc3xa8mes qualitxc3xa9 et recommander des mesures correctives pour les problxc3xa8mes rxc3xa9currents.
• Prise en charge des audits du Systxc3xa8me de Gestion de la Qualitxc3xa9 (QMS) basxc3xa9s sur l'industrie axc3xa9rospatiale (AS9100, EASA, FAA, TCCA).
• Interprxc3xa9ter les donnxc3xa9es des outils ou xc3xa9quipements dinspection
• Collecte, analyse et produit des Indicateurs Clxc3xa9s de Processus (ICP) sur la Qualitxc3xa9.
• Soutient les Inspections des Premiers Articles (FAI) et les programmes d'xc3xa9radication des dommages causxc3xa9s par des corps xc3xa9trangers (FOD).
• Soutient les xc3xa9quipes de Agent Methode et Amerioration Continue (CI) sur les activitxc3xa9s SWCS/SWS/IP.
• Effectue d'autres txc3xa2ches lixc3xa9es xc3xa0 la conformitxc3xa9 qualitxc3xa9.

Qualifications de base:

• Nxc3xa9cessite gxc3xa9nxc3xa9ralement Baccalaurxc3xa9at avec au moins 5 ans d'expxc3xa9rience en assurance et/ou contrxc3xb4le de la qualitxc3xa9
• Expxc3xa9rience dans l'industrie axc3xa9rospatiale.
• Flexibilitxc3xa9 pour travailler occasionnellement la fin de semaine, selon les besoins de l'entreprise.

Collins Aerospace is currently looking for a Quality Analyst Supervisor for the A220 nacelle integration site in Mirabel Quebec to support its Assembly Operations and to drive Quality Improvement in support of customer and internal initiatives as well as adherence to Internal, Contracted and Regulatory Requirements.

Role and responsibilities
Supervises a team of Quality Control Inspectors.
Sets day to day goals and objectives for his team members and helps to provide Real Time Problem Resolution (RTPR).
Supports production in regards to all quality aspect.
Explains policies, practices and procedures related to Quality.
Supports Inspection department in properly documenting Non-Conforming Product Reports (IPU, QN).
Leads and supports Internal and External Quality Clinic System (QCPC).
Ensures Quality Cardinal Rules Compliance.
Supports the Material Review Board (MRB) and Non-Conforming material management process. Able to qualify as MRB PR and QA
Leads RRCA and the 8D methodology for Quality issues and recommends corrective actions for recurring issues.
Supports Audits to the Quality Management System (QMS) based on Aerospace industry (AS9100, EASA, FAA, TCCA).
Interprets data from applicable inspection tools or equipments.
Collects, analyze and produce KPI (Key process indicator) on Quality Metrics.
Supports first article inspections (FAI) and Foreign Object Damage (FOD) erradication programs.
Supports ME and CI on SWCS/SWS/IP activities.
Perform other duties related to quality compliance.
Basic Qualifications:
Typically requires a Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and/or control or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Experience in Aerospace Industry.
Flexible to work occasionally on weekend as required by the business needs.
This position involves communicating, both verbally and in writing, with other Collins Aerospace technical and quality compliance teams located in the United States and with our sole customer and partner located in the United States. Based on an evaluation, we have determined that the duties of the Quality Analyst Supervisor position requires knowledge of English (written and spoken). We also determined that the English language skills already required of other employees do not permit the performance of English language skills tasks related to the Quality Analyst Supervisors position due to its highly technical nature.
However, in Quxc3xa9bec, Collins Aerospace limits as much as possible the number of positions for which it requires the knowledge of another language than French. Collins Aerospace solely requires proficiency in English where it is necessary for the performance of an employees duties.
