Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e)

Analyste Qualite

pour rejoindre notre equipe Qualite basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez etroitement avec les equipes d'Amelioration Qualite.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant qu'

Analyste Qualite

sera d'analyser les non conformites trouvees sur la ligne de production afin de les reduire.

Vos defis:

Analyser des non-conformites ; Effectuer des resolutions de problemes (PPS) ; Participer a l'Amelio 1 avec l'equipe naturelle ; Resoudre des problemes ; Facilitation de groupe ; Gestion des communications ; Gestion de projet.

Votre profil:

Vous avez un baccalaureat en ingenierie, gestion de projet ou autre domaine connexe ; Vous avez un minimum de cinq (5) ans d'experience dans l'industrie manufacturiere, en aeronautique, en gestion de projet ou autre experience connexe ; Vous etes creatif et avez la capacite a penser de maniere originale ; Vous avez un haut niveau d'autonomie et de motivation (vous serez toutefois soutenu par un tuteur du departement) ; Vous avez de bonnes competences en communication avec une attitude ouverte et proactive ; Vous avez la capacite a vous organiser de maniere autonome.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is seeking a

Quality Analyst

to join our Quality team based in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, where you will work closely with the Quality Improvement team.


The team's organization is established to promote cross-functional collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and collectively learning.


Your role as a

Quality Analyst

will be to analyze non-conformities found on the production line in order to reduce them.

Analyzing non-conformities; Performing Problem-Solving (PPS); Participating in Amelio 1 with the natural team; Problem-solving; Group facilitation; Communications management; Project management.

Your boarding pass:

You have a bachelor degree in engineering, project management or other related field; You have a minimum of five (5) years experience in the manufacturing industry, in aeronautic, in project management or other related experience; You are creative and have the ability to think outside the box; You have high level of autonomy and motivation (you will, however, be supported by a departmental tutor); You have good communication skills with an open and proactive attitude; You are able to organize yourself autonomously.
