Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care and special education, with experience working with children in various settings. This role involves providing therapeutic support to individuals with behavioral challenges, conducting assessments, and developing tailored intervention plans to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Provide direct therapeutic interventions to children in both clinical and educational settings. Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary. Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and case management activities. Stay informed about current research and best practices in behavioral therapy and special education.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with children, particularly in a therapy center setting. Knowledge of ABA practices. Strong skills in data collection and analysis for effective case management. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques for behavior modification. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. A passion for helping children overcome behavioral challenges and improve their quality of life.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.85 per hour
