What You'll Be Doing
Champion safety and quality in every aspect of site operations.
Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Oversee daily reporting, job costing, and payroll submissions.
Mentor and develop foremen and crew members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Collaborate on estimates and constructability reviews, linking planning with execution.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to ensure seamless project delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the local community.
What You Bring
Engineering degree, technical diploma, or trade certification.
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in industrial construction.
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
Strong understanding of contracts, labour strategy, and industrial safety standards.
Experience in sectors such as Ports & Terminals, Mining, Oil & Gas, and Pulp & Paper.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
