About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is representing an established and growing Toronto-based General Contractor with a strong reputation for excellence across banking, hospitality, institutional, and retail projects. With a robust pipeline of recently awarded work, this firm is delivering some of Toronto's most notable projects valued between $2-$10 million. They started from humble beginnings working on retrofits to now working on complex new builds and interiors fit-outs for repeat clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in Ontario's construction industry, where you will oversee complex and challenging ICI interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability are never compromised.
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Oversee day?to?day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Direct, organize, and coordinate all subcontractors, trades, and site activities
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain project schedules
• Host and document sub?trade/site coordination meetings
• Enforce compliance with Health & Safety Program
• Maintain proactive QA/QC oversight
• Interpret and enforce construction documentation
• Complete all required reporting

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

• 5+ years of experience in interior fit?out or tenant improvement projects
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of interior construction sequencing
• Valid safety certifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
