Overview:
This position will provide administrative support to the Distribution Technologist during the heavy workload associated with construction season. Work will predominantly be associated with Type 6 and Type 7 projects. Responsibilities:
- Electronic filing of documents
- Reviewing completed project files for completeness
- Following up with customers via phone calls and email
- Checking inventory levels
- Assisting in the production of quotes or agreements based on templates
- Following up with Line Crew on project completion and material usage Provide partial coverage for the Distribution Tech position
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Completed a minimum of one year of post secondary education and returning Fall 2023.
- Must be enrolled in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics degree program and successfully completed at least one year of full-time university level education.
- Must possess excellent analytical skills and structured problem solving abilities.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational skills
- Must possess good oral and written communication skills.

This position pays $27.80 per hour plus 10% vacation pay. No housing or relocation assistance provided.
