The Educational Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in enhancing the outreach and educational impact of Nisa Foundation's programs. This role focuses on developing educational content, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring effective data collection and reporting to measure program success. The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with a passion for community engagement and social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Education & Awareness:Develop and create educational materials and presentations for Nisa Foundation's programs, emphasizing awareness and impact.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and plan key educational topics for workshops and presentations.
Deliver engaging and informative sessions that align with the Foundation's mission and goals.
Stakeholder Engagement:Identify and establish contact with mainstream organizations in key cities for potential partnerships.
Coordinate and manage logistics for workshops and educational events in collaboration with external partners.
Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders to enhance program visibility and collaboration opportunities.
Data Collection & Reporting:Document all outreach activities, workshop participation, and feedback from external partners and attendees.
Prepare detailed reports outlining outreach efforts, partnerships formed, and the outcomes of workshops and events.
Analyze feedback and provide actionable recommendations for program improvement.
Support Organizational Goals:Assist in the development and distribution of toolkits and other resources to further the Foundation's educational objectives.
Ensure all activities align with Nisa Foundation's mission and values, adhering to best practices and organizational guidelines.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in education, social work, community development, or communications.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Experience in public speaking, outreach, or workshop facilitation is preferred.
Ability to work independently and remotely, as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in English; fluency in Arabic or Urdu is highly preferred.
Eligibility
This position is part of the Canadian government's summer job program.Candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada (Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or a protected person within the meaning of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act. Able to provide a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN).
Must be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of the employment
