As a Seasonal Summer Painter, you will contribute to the aesthetic appeal and value of residential properties by executing painting projects. Whether it's applying paint, stain, or other finishes to homes and businesses, you'll be able to showcase your skills while receiving all the training you need to succeed. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with 8-hour shifts from May to August.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Execute painting techniques with precision and attention to detail.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion and high-quality results.
Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure all equipment is well-maintained.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
Transport equipment to and from job sites, ensuring that all tools are accounted for and in good condition.
Qualifications
No prior experience is required
Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
Strong work ethic with a dedication to quality craftsmanship.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude.
Reliable transportation to travel to job sites.
Physical ability to carry equipment and perform manual tasks such as sanding and painting.
Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Respect for your colleagues and clients.
A desire to learn, work hard, and contribute to a great team atmosphere.
