Job Description
The Environment Network is looking for Summer Day Camp Counsellors to be part of our team! Ideally we would like to hire from Grade 12 and up.
Campers ages range from 4-12
We are a outdoor bike camp located in Collingwood, ON
Looking for counsellors who have some experience working with kids and can lead fun outdoor activities during the summer, working alongside multiple counsellors.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement educational and recreational programs tailored to different age groups. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social interaction and teamwork. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with fellow counselors to create a fun and enriching camp experience.
Qualifications
Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children Patience, creativity, and a passion for fostering a positive learning environment
