Position Summary

Slegg Building Materials is seeking temporary Part-Time Customer Service Associates for the upcoming busy summer season. We offer a flexible schedule between Monday - Saturday. The wage range is $20 - $22 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers. Maintain an emphasis on a safety culture, customer service, and efficiency as top priorities. Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store. General housekeeping duties and stocking of merchandise. Maintain product displays on selling floor. Assist in keeping product signage/pricing accurate. Lead by example and initiate contact with every customer. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Assist with replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor. General housekeeping duties including cleaning displays and sanitizing high touch areas and carts Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

Available to work flexible hours including weekends Attention to detail Superior customer service skills Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak periods Ability to work independently and as team Physical requirements include:

o Ability to lift and carry up to 30lbs

o Standing for long periods of time
