Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Camp Leader to join our team. The Camp Leader will play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children during camp sessions. This position is ideal for individuals who have a love for working with kids and possess skills in tutoring and early childhood education. The Camp Leader will be responsible for planning activities, supervising campers, and ensuring that each child has a memorable and enriching experience.

Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and fun. Supervise campers to ensure their safety and well-being at all times. Foster an inclusive environment where all children feel valued and engaged. Provide guidance and support to campers, helping them develop new skills. Communicate effectively with parents regarding camper progress and any concerns. Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate camp events and activities. Maintain a clean and organized camp area, ensuring all equipment is safe for use.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred. Background in tutoring or early childhood education is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with children of various ages. Ability to create engaging educational content that captivates young minds. A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to adapt to changing situations are essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
