We're looking for a Success Lead, Founder Acceleration to join our Edmonton Unlimited team. Working alongside our Venture & Community Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the journey of early-stage entrepreneurs strengthening their startup foundations, sharpening their venture fundamentals, and setting them up for long-term success. This is more than a program role it's about empowering entrepreneurs to take bold steps, test new ideas, and build ventures that matter.
What We're Looking For:
Start Up Builder:
You bring hands on experience from the startup world, with knowledge of building MVPs, managing early-stage finances, and navigating the realities of company building.
Innovation Enthusiast:
You thrive at the intersection of community, innovation, and entrepreneurship, excited to create programs, experiences, and connections that strengthen the startup ecosystem.
Coaching and Learning:
You know how to design and deliver applied learning experiences that translate complex concepts into clear, actionable steps. Your coaching helps founders sharpen their venture fundamentals and build confidence in execution.
What You'll Do:
Program Recruitment & Delivery:
Design and deliver applied learning programs and sprint-driven sessions on customer discovery, financial literacy, strategic prioritization, pitching, and MVP development. Facilitate workshops that build practical skills in lean experimentation, unit economics, runway management, and iterative product growth.
Startup Fundamentals:
Lead specialized sessions that strengthen founders' ability to test assumptions, manage resources, and communicate effectively. Ensure every clinic equips founders with the tools and confidence to navigate early-stage challenges.
Mentor & Coach Activation:
Coordinate and engage venture mentors, success coaches, and facilitators strategically matching them with founders based on expertise and development needs to maximize impact.
Team Development & Facilitation:
Build competency frameworks that create well rounded founding teams with complementary business, product, and growth skills. Provide hands-on coaching in financial fundamentals and strategic prioritization to help founders focus resources on their highest-impact activities

Accountability & Momentum:
Establish milestone tracking, regular check-ins, and peer learning structures that drive execution discipline. Use community platforms to engage participants, foster collaboration, and monitor progress between sessions.
What You Bring to the Role:
Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, or related field.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 - 5 years in startup operations, founder coaching, early-stage venture development, or entrepreneurship education with focus on foundational skills and execution.
Learning and Coaching
: Proven ability to design and facilitate applied learning experiences that develop practical skills through real project work and strong coaching capabilities with talent for breaking down complex concepts into actionable steps
