Job Title: Substitute After School Care Educator

Start Date: ASAP

Name of Facility: Sunflower Early Learning Society (www.sunflowerearlylearningsociety.ca)

Type of Child Care: School Age (Children Ages 5 to 12 years)

Qualifications: Must be 19 years old. Responsible Adult Course, First Aid Certificate, Criminal Record Check, Three References.

Required Experience: Experience working with children or young people is an asset.

Sunflower Early Learning Society follows a Reggio inspired program where we follow the children's lead. Our curriculum is developed around the children's interests. We have an amazing space which includes a beautiful natural garden, gym, and classrooms. Location: North Vancouver, Pemberton Heights

Employment Terms: Substitute/ TOC

Hours of Work: Afternoons 2:00pm - 6:00pm

Salary: Range between $21.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience and qualification

Additional Notes:

There will be additional hours available on professional development days and in Winter, Spring and Summer breaks as part of our camp program.
