Substitute Early Childhood Educator
Job Description
We are looking to increase our sub list to ensure adequate coverage when we have sick calls and vacations. NS Classification Level 1, 2, or 3 mandatory. Shift varies depending on the need of the Centre.
Job responsibilities include caring for children between the ages of 6 months and 5 years. Helping the children with personal care and toileting, providing comfort at nap time, participating and serving lunch and snacks.
Our Centre believes in child lead learning and we welcome you to allow the children to inspire you with their daily interests when planning activities for them.
Criminal Background Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, Vulnerable Sector Check, as well as a current First Aid is a must.
