Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SUBSTITUTE Childcare Providers to join our team. This position does not offer set hours each week and is only casual based on the needs of the centre. THIS IS NOT A FULL TIME OR PART TIME POSITION!!

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist children with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, and nap times. Foster a positive environment that encourages social interaction and teamwork among children. Maintain a clean and organized classroom or play area conducive to learning.

Requirements

Experience working in Child Care settings in Manitoba. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young learners. Flexible schedule to adapt to the needs of the centre. Ability to arrive at the centre quickly. Knowledge that this position does not have set hours or schedule, it's based on when staff call in or are away.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week
