Subprime Sales & Finance Consultant - Independent Contractor

We're seeking a motivated and experienced Subprime Sales & Finance Consultant to join our team in a commission-only, independent contractor role. If you have a background in automotive sales, finance, BDC, or subprime, and want to build your own business within a dealership environment -- this opportunity is for you.

About the Role:

This is a 100% commission-based position for a self-employed contractor. The successful candidate must have or be willing to register their own corporation. You will be fully responsible for managing your own business operations, invoicing, taxes, and CRA compliance.

Responsibilities:

Work directly with credit-challenged clients to secure vehicle approvals Take and process credit applications; match clients with appropriate lenders Structure deals that satisfy both lender requirements and client budgets Maintain client records and notes using dealership CRM systems Collaborate with sales, finance, and management to deliver exceptional customer experiences Follow up with pipeline and past leads to generate consistent business
Requirements:

Dealership experience is required Preference will be given to those with Subprime, Finance, BDC, or Automotive Sales experience Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Solid understanding of credit, lending, and deal structure fundamentals Self-driven and accountable -- able to work independently without micromanagement Must have or be willing to register a corporation (Inc., Ltd., etc.) Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have or be willing to get BCMVSA salesperson license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
