We have an incredibly competitive commission structure and a vast inventory with the ability to sell 3 separate brands of new as well. We pride ourselves on being a "Small Town Service, Big City Selection" dealership. So much so, it's our motto.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle front and back end Sales and Finance Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience Display knowledge of all business products offered(warranty, inspection, protection plan, etc.) Compliance all legal and financial information is guaranteed protected.

What we are looking for

:

2-3 years of previous finance experience in the automotive industry. Previous sales experience is required. Valid VSA license Knowledge of sales and finance process. Extensive subprime finance knowledge. Excellent organization skills. Must be eligible to work in Canada. Must be able to speak English.
There is an un-capped potential here. We have vehicles ranging from $5,000 - $350,000. Our focus of course, will be to help individuals with imperfect credit. However, we absolutely handle prime clients from start to finish as well. Utilizing your own network is a must, on top of having leads come directly to you from online marketing.

This position is commission based and, commission rate will be negotiated based off experience.
