About the Role

We are seeking a

motivated and experienced Subprime Financial Services Manager

to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate has a passion for cars, strong financial acumen, and the ability to guide customers through every step of the financing process.

Key Responsibilities

Help customers secure financing solutions that fit their needs and budget Guide clients through the credit rebuilding and loan approval process Collaborate with the sales team to finalize deals efficiently and ethically Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair market values Prepare and submit credit applications to financial institutions Verify authenticity of customer documents before submission Communicate effectively with lenders and customers to ensure smooth approvals Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle models, features, and warranty options Follow up with prospective customers via calls, emails, and appointments Ensure compliance with

OMVIC

and all dealership policies

Qualifications

Minimum

1 year of experience in automotive or financial services management

(prime or subprime) Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales/finance targets

OMVIC certification required

Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficient with CRM or dealership management software Basic understanding of credit, financial documents, and loan structures Valid Ontario driver's license English proficiency required; fluency in Farsi, Tagalog, Spanish, or South Asian languages (such as Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu, or Tamil) is a strong asset. High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
