Tsawwassen Shuttles is a trusted provider of towing and roadside assistance services in Metro Vancouver. We specialize in offering reliable and efficient support to bridge coverage areas and maintaining smooth traffic flow. We are seeking subcontractor tow truck operators to help us provide exceptional service in high-demand bridge coverage zones.

As a subcontractor tow truck operator for bridge coverage services, you will play a critical role in keeping bridges and surrounding areas safe and accessible. You will respond to calls for towing, breakdowns, and other roadside incidents in designated bridge coverage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide towing and roadside assistance services specifically in bridge coverage zones. Respond promptly to incidents to minimize traffic disruptions. Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles using your tow truck. Collaborate with dispatch to ensure efficient service delivery. Complete necessary documentation and service reports accurately. Represent our company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:

Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record. Valid Work Safe coverage, Business registration and tax-ID. Prior experience in towing services, particularly in high-traffic areas, is an asset. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
