What You'll Do
As a subcontractor, you'll support our events with hands-on work like setup, takedown, staging, guest engagement, and more. Each event is unique, and so is each day on-site.

Compensation Overview:
General Labour: $20+/hour (4-hour minimum)
Standby Pay: $10/hour (doubles after 4 hrs)
Driving: $10/hour (doubles after 4 hrs)
Passenger Support: $5/hour (doubles after 4 hrs)
Event Manager: $50/event
Canceled Events (within 48 hrs): $50 flat rate
What We're Looking For:
? Reliable & punctual (early is on time!)
? Comfortable with physical work and long hours
? Team-oriented with strong communication skills
? Respectful, professional, and positive demeanor
? Able to follow instructions and safety guidelines
? Willing to travel (some events may include overnight stays)
Additional Details:
Black or neutral attire required (PA gear provided when applicable)
Subcontractors are responsible for local travel (we offer $10 ride options)
Social media use must be professional and aligned with brand guidelines
Must uphold confidentiality and represent the brand with integrity
No work with direct competitors during and 6 months post-engagement without written consent
