Stage Lead
Term
: August 19 - 23
Reports to
: Event Development & Entertainment Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Oversee on-site stage programming and crew operations, including Beer Gardens support.
Ensure smooth performance transitions, sound checks, and artist hospitality.
Act as a secondary contact for performers and technical teams.
Support daily schedules, production setup/teardown, and equipment inventory.
Relay updates and challenges to Entertainment Coordinator in real-time.
Provide daily reports and ensure performer safety and satisfaction.
Ideal For
: Candidates with experience in live events or stage management, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead under pressure.
Marketplace Lead

Reports to
: Event Manager
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main on-site contact for Marketplace vendors and Family Fun Zone operations.
Oversee vendor move-in/move-out and monitor compliance with event policies.
Supervise Event Support staff in the Family Fun Zone and manage the Information Booth.
Troubleshoot issues professionally and assist with site cleanliness and guest experience.
Track vendor attendance and contribute to post-event feedback.
Ideal For
: Organized and people-focused individuals with experience in vendor relations, logistics, or event coordination.
General Event Lead
Term
: August 17 - 24 Varies based on event needs (setup, event days, teardown)
Key Responsibilities
Supervise front-line event staff and ensure smooth operations across assigned zones (e.g., admissions, ticketing, logistics, or guest services).
Maintain safety, service standards, and team communication.
Act as the go-to for guests, vendors, and internal teams in your area.
Coordinate daily setup, shift management, and resolve on-site challenges.
Provide daily recaps and contribute to overall event improvement.
Ideal For
: Versatile team players with event operations or customer service experience and strong leadership abilities.
? Qualifications & Skills (All Roles)
Prior experience in events, production, logistics, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Leadership experience and confidence in managing people and tasks.
Comfortable using radios and event tools (scanners, AV, POS, etc.).
Able to lift up to 30 lbs and work long hours on your feet, indoors or outdoors.
Must be available for full event term including setup and teardown days.
