We are seeking reliable and experienced Sub Pool Snowplow Drivers to join our team. This position involves operating various types of snow removal equipment to ensure safe and clear roadways during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial driving, vehicle operation, and maintaining safety standards in challenging weather environments. Duties

Operate snowplow trucks and other heavy equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and pathways efficiently. Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on snow removal vehicles to ensure optimal operation. Coordinate with dispatch and other team members to prioritize routes and respond promptly to weather conditions. Assist with moving equipment or materials as needed, including loading and unloading supplies. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route status, safety concerns, or operational issues. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during snow removal operations. Maintain accurate logs of work performed and equipment used during shifts.

Experience

Proven experience operating commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, box trucks, or tractor-trailers. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including forklifts, skid steers, or loaders is a plus. Previous roles involving route driving, shuttle driving, or delivery driving are advantageous. Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type; experience with manual transmissions is a plus. This position requires candidates to be adaptable, safety-conscious, and prepared for winter weather conditions while operating various commercial vehicles and equipment efficiently.
