Pompous Fox Wood Company Inc. is a luxury custom furniture studio specializing in sculptural, solid-wood pieces for interior designers and architects across North America. We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented

Studio Manager

to support our growing operations and help keep our design + fabrication studio running smoothly.

This is an open-ended part-time contract role (~20 hours/week) with tremendous room to grow. The first few months will require in-person training; after that, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule.

What You'll Do

You'll work closely with the owner and studio team to support day-to-day operations, client communication, and project organization. Responsibilities include:

Administration & Communication

Managing incoming emails and scheduling Professional follow-up with clients, interior designers, and vendors Organizing project documents, digital files, and studio records

Operations & Project Support

Ordering supplies and coordinating vendor deliveries Managing project timelines and internal progress tracking Supporting event planning (e.g., trade shows, IDS, partnerships) Potential to draft quotes and assist with invoicing (depending on experience)

Marketing & Studio Presence

Scheduling and coordinating social media posts Assisting with light content organization and brand-related tasks

What We're Looking For

Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient with

Google Workspace

QuickBooks

, and Mac-based software

Experience in the furniture industry
