We're looking for a

Studio Director

-- an experienced Pilates instructor and motivated leader -- to run day-to-day operations, teach classes, grow membership, and build an exceptional team.

What You'll Do

Lead daily studio operations:

manage schedules, staff, and the member experience.

Teach and inspire:

lead Pilates (and/or yoga) classes with exceptional instruction and energy.

Recruit and develop talent:

scout, train, and mentor part-time instructors who align with our culture.

Optimize scheduling:

plan classes strategically around peak times to maximize attendance and efficiency.

Grow membership:

implement creative ideas to drive engagement, retention, and word-of-mouth growth.

Drive performance:

manage key metrics, profitability, and class utilization in partnership with ownership. Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment that reflects our brand values.

What We're Looking For

Certified

Pilates and/or Yoga Instructor

(recognized certification required).

3+ years of teaching experience

with proven client engagement and retention. Experience in

studio management or team leadership

preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset -- motivated by results and growth. Confident using scheduling and membership management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
