Hourly rate: $25.11 - 28.88
Based on 4 - 12 hours weekly

The Office of the Registrar team is comprised of a group of talented and committed individuals dedicated to enhancing student success. We are looking for a dynamic individual who enjoys working with students, staff, and the public.
Duties

• Provide information, assistance and related services to the public, students, faculty, and staff in a pleasant, timely and customer focused manner
• Assist students and the public with campus way finding, including providing campus tours to prospective students and their supporters
• Maneuver through the University website to answer general questions regarding the University
• Create student identification cards
• Assist the Office of the Registrar in digitizing files in an accurate and confidential manner
• Assisting the creation of social media content regarding student life
• Assisting the creation and management of bulletin boards across the University including providing insights into what type of information should be displayed and frequency of updates
• Escalate inquiries to the University Navigators or other appropriate resources when needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current Yukon University student
• Excellent customer service, and communication skills
• Experience within an educational environment using a student information system
• Problem solving skills are essential
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
