Student Support Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop IEP\'s, Communicate IEP\'s to teachers, and follow up with teachers and families as needed
• Mentor teachers to run effective differentiated classrooms
• Observe children in classrooms to make recommendations
• Lead Child Study/ Special Education meetings - dialogue with teachers, track, and coordinate observations of children
• Liaison with school leadership on key child study issues
• Provide remedial or other resource support to small groups or individual children
• Make referrals and help identify necessary resources
