Core Responsibilities



Student Support & First-Line Assistance

Serve as a primary point of contact for student inquiries (email, phone, in-person) Assist students with basic academic, attendance, and system-related questions Troubleshoot common issues independently before escalating when appropriate Guide students toward the correct next steps, resources, or departments

Operational & Team Support

Support academic advisors and coordinators with day-to-day administrative and student-related tasks Help keep student records, trackers, and internal systems accurate and up to date Assist with intake-related support, attendance follow-ups, and general case tracking Act as an extra set of eyes to flag inconsistencies, gaps, or issues early

Problem-Solving & Follow-Up

Take ownership of assigned tasks and student cases through resolution Follow up on open items to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to processes or communication

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in student services, administration, or customer support (asset) Comfortable working with systems, trackers, and basic data entry Mandarin and English fluency (strong asset) Experience working with adult learners or diverse populations (asset)
