Position Overview



We're looking for a

Student Services Coordinator

who is organized, personable, and proactive. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current students, provide program information, and support various administrative functions. You'll also assist in encouraging program enrollment through friendly, informative interactions.

Key Responsibilities



Front Desk & Communication



Greet and assist all visitors and students in a professional and welcoming manner Answer phone calls and respond to email and social media inquiries promptly Maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

Customer Service & Sales



Provide detailed program information in-person, by phone, and online Identify prospective students' goals and recommend the best training options Encourage school visits and book in-person consultations Follow up with leads to support enrollment growth

Administrative Support



Schedule driving lessons using internal software Communicate with students about absences, class reminders, and availability Coordinate schedules with instructors and other staff Maintain and update student records, waitlists, and forms Create and issue student ID cards

Qualifications



Fluent in both Russian and English

(spoken and written) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior experience in customer service and/or administrative support Strong attention to detail, especially in grammar and spelling Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Professional, friendly, and adaptable attitude High school diploma or equivalent (admin certification is an asset) Available to work

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

(some flexibility required)

: $22.00-$24.00 per hour (based on experience and performance)
