National Institute is a leading beauty and health school that specializes in offering diploma training in Aesthetics, Massage Therapy, Hairstyling, Ayurveda, and PSW to name a few. We are currently looking for a Student Recruitment Officer who will become a part of our team. We are close-knit team that values integrity, hard work, accountability and innovation. Please note that the school is located in Brampton, Ontario and you will be working from this location and office.

As a Student Recruitment Officer, you would be expected to perform the following:

- Assisting in recruitment strategy and implementation for various programs

- Manage the social media conversation, including creating and responding to posts, comments

- Respond to telephone or email inquiries with excellent customer service

- Meeting monthly or annual enrolment targets

-Using and managing the CRM system to track and manage leads and inquiries

-Booking and co-ordinating school tours for prospective students (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety)

-Interviewing and counselling prospective students

-Converting prospective students into enrollments

- Regularly update and maintain student files and records

- Manage student fee payment and receipts

-Give presentations to prospective students at various events (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety)

-Attend job fairs, make visits to Newcomer centres, Employment agencies, etc to recruit students (subject to current conditions of the pandemic and safety)

-Initiate and manage the full sales cycle from beginning to end

-Work on lead generation and follow-up on existing leads provided by school in a team or independently

-Organize student orientations and assist with marketing/social media as required

-Other tasks or assignments as assigned by the Director

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
