This is a terrific opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual who wants to gain valuable experience and challenge their abilities in a dynamic work environment.Your Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with establishing project functions including document tracking, deliverables scheduling and management, minutes, RFIs, submittals, change logs and other communication tools.Work closely with the project team to maintain a current and accurate understanding of project status, issues, and changes.Understands and optimizes current processes and systems.Provide support to project management and team members to adhere to client standards, subconsultant contract management, Stantec required procedures, and document management.Support business development functions.Ensure compliance with established project schedule by coordinating timely document and deliverable submissions: specification packages, reports, RFIs, minutes, submittals tracking, and other required documentation. Report issues to the Project Manager as they are identified.Assist with new project set up documentation.Maintains project best practices.Prepares project progress reports, and other required project documentation such as project plans, quality plans, HSSE plans, etc.Tracks RFIs, change logs and submittals.Support Senior Leaders and other team members to promote success in the business.QualificationsYour Capabilities and CredentialsPrior knowledge of documentation / revision control is an asset.Prior experience in a project management assistant role is a plus.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and assignments through strong organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication is required.Strong analytical skills.Exceptional attention to detail, and resourcefulness.Must have good interpersonal skills.Must be able to successfully work both collaboratively and independently.Ability to work with MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Access.Strong project financial capabilities obtained through experience or education.Education and Experience
