Being an intern or student at Cascades is a unique opportunity to

as our new Student - Production.


Your main responsibilities will include :

Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment Complete quality inspections on finished products in accordance with quality standards Manual labor, which involves lifting up to 50lbs and carrying out repetitive tasks Use glue guns, nail guns, and other hand tools to build and assemble finished boxes Always maintain a clean and safe work environment Review machine operation and maintenance manuals and update the preventive maintenance program.

Current student Must be 18 years or older A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding Ability to use hand tools, read a tape measure and do basic math Strong work ethic, attendance and punctuality is essential to our mutual success Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels
