What You'll Do
(Responsibilities are assigned based on role, training, and qualifications.)
Customer Experience & Sales
Welcome clients and provide a premium, comfortable experience
Help customers choose frames based on fit, comfort, lifestyle, and style
Explain lens options and upgrades in a clear and honest way
Process orders, follow-ups, warranties, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain a clean, organized, high-end showroom
Clinic & Admin Support (Assistant Roles)
Patient intake and appointment preparation
Support clinic flow (recalls, confirmations, paperwork, coordination)
Assist with in-store processes as trained
Optician / Student Optician
Support dispensing workflow, measurements, adjustments, repairs, and quality checks
Provide product education and after-care support
Help keep operations smooth and customers happy
What We're Looking For
Optical sales/retail or clinic experience is an asset (training provided for the right person)
Strong communication, confidence, and a customer-first attitude
Detail-oriented with orders and follow-ups
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Licensed Opticians & Student Opticians are strongly encouraged to apply
