About this opportunity:
We are looking for an IT Enterprise Enablement Intern to join Celestica and support our projects and Business Excellence team in Toronto. The successful candidate should have an interest in strategic enablement, transformation and leading technologies.
The incumbent will support the Business Excellence team in managing global stakeholders, conducting change risk assessments, stakeholder analysis, workshop facilitation, business readiness, and learning & development activities. The intern will also experience how to assess, plan, and manage large-scale and global change with stakeholders in North America, Europe and/or Asia.

Demonstrates knowledge of program, process & change management principles, frameworks and tools
Experience in planning, developing, reporting on activities

Experience with data gathering, analysis and trend reporting
Strong organization skills - Ability to plan, organize and manage priorities
Experience using Google applications or data visualization software
Strong documentation skills including proofreading to ensure accuracy of content
Interest or experience in communications, writing, journalism, and/or video stories.

Documents processes or updates existing procedure manuals and or internal web content.
Assesses options for process improvement, including business process mapping
Project Management
Maintain PMO tools, processes and templates
Support management of project portfolio via internal toolsets and reports and provide metrics, reports and dashboards related to projects and programs
Collect data for project KPI reporting as well as project trend analysis
Manage and document regular project reporting meetings
