Student Experience Coordinator
who embodies that energy -- someone who's upbeat, professional, and absolutely loves connecting with people.
About the Role
As the
Student Experience Coordinator
, you'll be the first voice and face students interact with -- and that first impression is everything. You'll be the friendly, bubbly, and confident presence that makes people feel excited about joining our school and upgrading their license.
You'll handle everything from welcoming walk-ins and answering calls to booking consultations, guiding students through their options, and helping them enroll.

What You'll Do
First Impressions & Communication
Greet all visitors with warmth and energy
Answer phones and respond to emails/social messages in a timely and engaging manner
Keep our reception area organized, welcoming, and professional
Be a positive representative of the brand
Student Engagement & Sales Support
Inspire potential students to register through clear, confident communication
Explain licensing programs and help applicants choose the best path
Schedule consultations and follow up with leads to support enrollment
Build rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with students
Administrative & Scheduling Support
Schedule driving lessons and coordinate instructor availability
Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and forms
Share class reminders, communicate absences, and issue student ID cards
Support front-office operations and day-to-day admin tasks
Who You Are
Fluent in English
-- your spoken and written communication is exceptional
Fluent in Russian
-- able to confidently communicate
Naturally
bubbly, warm, and enthusiastic
-- especially over the phone
A confident, persuasive communicator who makes others feel at ease
Strong multitasker with an eye for detail
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Previous experience in
customer service, sales, or administration
(1+ year preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent (admin or office training is a bonus)
Available to work
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(some flexibility required)
Legally eligible to work in Canada
