About the job:
The Graphic Designer and Video Editor student will support the Communications team by planning and producing various graphic designs, videos and illustrations for the organizations digital channels.
Main duties:

\xc2\xb7 Assist the Communications team with digital media design development (website, intranet and social media channels).
\xc2\xb7 Work with the Advisor, Comunications and Video Production on a variety of video needs, including the development of video story boards, concepts, recording and editorial needs for final broadcasting. \xc2\xb7 Liaise with print vendors for a variety of print materials.
\xc2\xb7 Perform other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed: To qualify for the position, you must have:

\xc2\xb7 Enrolled in a college diploma or a university degree program in graphic design, interactive multimedia and design, communications, advertising or a related field.
Skills and abilities:
\xc2\xb7 Advanced abilities with Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro); \xc2\xb7 Creative ability \xe2\x80\x94 storytelling, willingness to innovate; \xc2\xb7 Professional approach to work; \xc2\xb7 Excellent team player; \xc2\xb7 Ability to plan, prioritize, multi-task and organize work efficiently; \xc2\xb7 Experience in video editing and recording is an asset . To qualify and to be considered for this employment, you must: \xc2\xb7 Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident; \xc2\xb7 Be eligible to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance;
\xc2\xb7 Be a full-time or part-time CEGEP, College or University student; and \xc2\xb7 Be returning to full-time or part-time studies in the next academic year.
